We helped Victoria Police open the door on life inside the force with a story-led campaign that challenged perceptions and sparked recruitment interest.
Working very closely with the team we found the right people to tell that story. Not spokespeople, but real officers who could trust us, open the door, and let us in.
Together we shaped a set of stories that went beyond the surface. A Water Police skipper navigating open ocean. A mountain town officer balancing community and isolation. A runner whose version of ‘true crime’ plays out on the trail. Each one grounded in real experience, not a script.
The campaign was then built around those voices. Long-form editorial to give depth. Video to bring personality to the surface. Social, EDMs, and paid distribution to make sure it reached the right people at the right time.
What made it work was the honesty. We didn’t try to smooth the edges. We leaned into the reality of the role, the challenges as much as the rewards.
The result was the most engaged campaign we’ve ever worked on – one that didn’t just grab attention, it built understanding. People spent time with the stories, engaged deeply, and came away with a clearer sense of what a career in policing actually involves.
